| Delivery Timescales: | All books are sent First class post within the United Kingdom, unless the weight requires the parcel to be sent via Parcel Force. All overseas purchases are sent Air Mail unless special arrangements have been made. If in doubt please contact a member of staff who will be happy to discuss any particular requirements. |
| Refund Policy: | As a small publisher, we only give refunds in special situations, please make sure the book you are ordering is the one you want. We take all reasonable care with packaging and postage, but goods are only insured if specifically requested at time of ordering. |
